TOOLING
CL TECH designs and manufactures special application tooling for tube bending and stamped metal parts. In addition, we design and build weld jigs and fixtures to complete welded assemblies.
We also build blanking(shape cutting) and forming dies for sheet goods manufacture.
4 Axis Machining
CL TECH machines stainless, aluminum and plastic. We have 6 VMCs with work envelops including 20"x40", 16"x30" and 12"x22" for metal and a 3 axis gantry router with a 50"x100" work envelop. We also turn stainless, aluminum and plastic on a cnc lathe.
Production CNC Bending
CL TECH runs a variety of custom tube bending work including round shapes, square shapes and extruded profiles. Can can meet your for rotary draw bending with 2 Pines #2 Machines, 2 Pines #1 machines and other dedicated custom benders for special applications. For large radius bending have 3 CNC roll bends capable to bend parts up to 3" . Tooling is typically a major factor for short run parts-- CL TECH has over 70 die sets for these machines with a broad range of sizes from 3/8" to 2" diameter. We also stamp metal including blanking and forming.
